CPS is part of the XANO group Sweden
XANO has acquired all shares in CPS case packing systems B.V. end of May 2021 with subsidiaries, located in Stramproy, the Netherlands.
CPS's solutions are in line with XANO's portfolio and complement the existing activities within the XANO Industrial Solutions business unit. The acquisition adds additional technical expertise and access to new market segments. With common resources, the business unit companies have the ability to provide the market with more complete solutions and capacity to perform comprehensive automation tasks and thereby gain further coordination benefits.
