From large (net) bags to small bags with fresh potatoes/vegetables or fruit. These are "gentle" packed horizontally in crates or containers without drop height. We have a solution for all these demands.
The CL 86 container loader loads bags fully automatically into (cross section; 800 x 600mm) containers and pallet boxes. The bags will be placed in a product friendly way without dropheight into the container or palletbox.
The CL 64 crate loader has been specially developed for horizontal loading of (net) bags in crates (600x400mm) in various packaging patterns. The bags are placed in the crate without dropping height, (one or more layers possible).
The CLP case packer is a Pick & Place unit for packing f.e. MAP trays, flowpacked products, sausages and semi-flexible bags horizontally into cases, cardboard trays and crates.
The CP 301 case packer has been specially developed in order to pack small bags horizontally in boxes at high speed and handle a wide range of flexible bags containing f.e. sweets and snacks. When equipped with a simple additional option, the unit is also capable of laying blockbottom bags or doy stylepacks horizontally alternating in the case.
