Field service engineer

What will you be doing...

As a Field Service Engineer, you will spend approximately 80% of your time working on-site at our customers’ locations around the world. Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling, testing, and commissioning our machines at customer sites 
• Diagnosing and resolving machine malfunctions and technical issues 
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for customers worldwide 
• Training local operators 

What you have to offer...

With your customer-focused attitude and technical expertise, you are able to provide optimal support to our customers. You are proactive, hands-on, and do not have a typical 9-to-5 mentality. You can work independently as well as part of a team.

In addition, we are looking for:

• A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) or MBO Level 4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics 
• Knowledge of PLC programming 
• Good command of Dutch and English and/or German 
• A VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one

Case Packing Systems is part of the Swedish XANO Group and develops and builds high-quality packaging machines for the food industry. With around 85 employees, we work on customer-specific solutions for the final packaging of both flexible and rigid products. Our customers are spread all over the world.
