What you will do

As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in the entire process: from engineering to commissioning our machines worldwide.

Depending on your experience, you will gradually take on more responsibility and work on:

• Developing, improving and standardising our PLC software.
• Optimising existing machine concepts and software modules.
• Testing and validating software on our own test systems in Stramproy.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management and Service.

No two projects are the same. This means you will continuously develop your skills while working with the latest technologies in the packaging industry.

Who are we looking for?

Above all, we are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with technical insight and ambition. Whether you are at the start of your career or already have several years of experience, we value your motivation and willingness to learn more than the number of years on your CV.

What you bring

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or a related field.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• An affinity with machine building and industrial automation.
• A proactive attitude and an enthusiasm for working as part of a team.

Experience with one or more of the following is considered an advantage:

• PLC programming
• Rockwell Studio 5000
• Sigmatek
• Control systems and control engineering
• ISA-88 / PackML
• Machine commissioning
