Senior projectmanager

What will you be doing...

In the position of Senior Project Manager, you are the driving force behind projects in which you are involved from the quotation phase. You lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered within time, scope and budget. You act as an important link between customer and internal stakeholders, keeping a keen eye on quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be in charge of several ongoing projects at the same time. Your tasks include:

• Managing customer projects from order to SAT;
• Acting as an advisor and sparring partner for clients and internal teams;
• Drawing up project plans, including scope, timeline, budgets and risk analyses;
• Identifying and managing project risks and challenges;
• Coaching and supervising junior project managers;
• Contributing to the optimization of processes and best practices within the organization.

What you have to offer...

With your organizational skills and problem-solving skills, you will make every project a success. You are enterprising by nature and take responsibility. In addition, you are result-oriented, proactive and perform well under pressure. We also ask:

• Minimum Bachelor (HBO) working and thinking level;
• At least 5 years of experience in project management in a (serial) mechanical engineering environment;
• Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary projects;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Experience with stakeholder management at senior level;
• Willingness to travel internationally if necessary.

Case Packing Systems is part of the Swedish XANO Group and develops and builds high-quality packaging machines for the food industry. With around 85 employees, we work on customer-specific solutions for the final packaging of both flexible and rigid products. Our customers are spread all over the world.
